[oneDPL][ranges] Rearrange the range algorithms (#659)

* Include reverse[_copy] into Sequence Reordering, 
* Aggregate copy_if, remove* and unique* into Sequence Filtering
* Move copy, move, fill, and swap_ranges into Whole Sequence Operations
* Combine transform and replace* into Sequence Transformation
