Create a bot to open PRs for production version updates #29
Description
Weave Flux supports automatically updating versions of images for releases based on rules, but I've been hesitant to turn it on for production. I don't know if we are operating at the scale that needs and can handle the consequences of code being deployed quite that automatically.
I do like the idea of some automation here, though, and I thought that a good compromise would be something that automatically opens PRs for these version changes. Updating to a new version of worker, for instance, is a matter of just merging the PR.
