axis `labs` and the scale `labels` is confusing

I think the naming of the axis labs and the scale labels is confusing, especially for new users .

I noticed you are releasing a get_labs function, and superceding xlab and ylab. Seeing as you are making these changes, is there any appetite to come up with a new name for labs? I'm thinking titles as it links to the theme arguments.

If there is, you could:

• create a titles function that works in the same way as labs
• supercede labs function
• rename get_labs to get_titles

The get_labs() function is already released in 3.5.2. I can see why titles() would be a better name, but I don't think it is worth it to rename everything. You're catching me right in the wrong moment with this suggestion, as I'm currently doing battle with reverse dependencies to put bandages over everything we've renamed in the past year 😅
