Migrate (merge) hello-world KE02 example with main hello-world example

The hello-world example is introduced with Ke02 platform support in #230 (see PR #377 ).

The KE02 example must be exteneded with support for tcore scripts, in a same manner as in #378 and merged with existing hello-world example. Together, that "super-example" must be placed in https://github.com/theCore-embedded/ organization.

Support of tcore scripts also means that automatic flash procedure must be considered in scripts for the KE02 platform. Way to handle it is a subject for an investigation.
