run cargo update for bridge (#932)

Cleans up the lockfile now that the dust is settling on the initial push
for release.

## Motivation

Some items in the lockfile are no longer needed, and also some
patch-level updates are probably available with the dependency graph as
is written today.

## Solution

Run `cargo update` and update the lockfile.
