fix(backend/sdoc_source_code): Don't auto-generate sdoc nodes for function comments without fields

When there are no fields, there's nothing special a generated node could
say about the function, and so it doesn't make sense to auto-generate a
node in the first place. Tracing still works as usual with relation
markers and forward references.
