Inline parent POM "lib-parent"
We can not use newer versions of lib-parent because it does not support Java 5 anymore. We used the parent POM for updating the Maven plugins easily to their current versions. Because we don't have this advantage anymore we can inline the parent POM and reduce complexity. Signed-off-by: Stefan Birkner <mail@stefan-birkner.de>
