[SOLVED] TypeError: Cannot read property 'getContractFactory' of undefined

Hi everyone! I`m trying to deploy my contract to localhost hardhat node, but every time I run npx hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network localhost I get same error with ethers.js "TypeError: Cannot read property 'getContractFactory' of undefined"
"FundMe.sol" contract with name "FundMe" hardhat compiles successfully.

deploy.js file:

you might need to specify deployer and pass it in to const FundMe = await ethers.getContractFactory("FundMe")

It`s all because I missed require("@nomiclabs/hardhat-waffle") in hardhat.config.js
I thought it only needs for testing :)
