Raffle Error in deploying

I'm at 15:20:00 and when deploying time came I faced a problem in deploying deploy-raffle, for mocks it deployed without problems,

before that, there was an error in installing npm i --dev @nomiclabs/hardhat-ethers@npm:hardhat-deploy-ethers ethers

and I fixed it by force installing, Note: I am working with npm package, not yarn.

i tried both const vrfCoordinatorV2Mock = await ethers.getContract( "VRFCoordinatorV2Mock" ); and

const vrfCoordinatorV2Mock = await ethers.getContractFactory("VRFCoordinatorV2Mock" );
const vrf = await vrfCoordinatorV2Mock.deploy();
await vrf.deployed(); 

but still facing the same issue, my repo

in last is mocks necessary ? can I just run on the testnet without needing of it , and use npm hardhat run directly instead of npm deploy

i asked chatGPT and told me to clean node-modules or reinstalling the packages or just update hardhat-ethers
npm install --save-dev @nomiclabs/hardhat-ethers so I used the previous command and that is the new error when deploy

console told me that there is an error at ethers.utils.parseEther("0.01") after reinstalling and updating ethers and hardhat-deploy
so I use "gewi value" instead of it , then now that is the error

its points to subscriptionId = transactionRecipt.events[0].args.subId;
so after access to json of transactionRecipt

and doesn't contains events or subId , also for the line of vrfCoordinatorV2Mock.address I found vrfCoordinatorV2Mock.target to be as address because there is no address

deploy works in test network but not in local network.

You are just messing with ethers version. Please match course ethers version (v5) otherwise fix your syntax to ethers v6.
