Contract Address : Undefined

Somehow, I can't receive the contract address with console.log. Here's the code :

const contractFactory = new ethers.ContractFactory(abi, binary, wallet)
console.log("Deploying, please wait...")
const contract = await contractFactory.deploy() //STOP here! Wait for contract to deploy
await contract.deploymentTransaction().wait(1)
console.log("Contract Address : " + contract.address)

The result is :

Deploying, please wait...
Contract Address : undefined
Current favorite number : 0
Updated favorite number is : 7

The contract address result is 'undefined'
Does anybody know how to fix it?

Instead of address use target or await ... getAddress()
like this

console.log("Contract Address : " + contract.target)

It would seem you are using version ^6 of ethers, I can tell by your use of deploymentTransaction() instead of deployTransaction.
Since that's the case, there is also a slight change in the syntax for getting the address of a contract.
It is no longer contract.address but rather contract.getAddress(). Also, it is a method that returns a promise.

So, instead of using

console.log("Contract Address : " + contract.address)

Use this

const address = await contract.getAddress();
console.log("Contract Address : " + address)
