Lesson5 @ 8:00:00 - Error / contract.address

Hello, and thank you in advance for your help.
I am currently on lesson 5 and Patrick is deploying the contract to a test network (now Ethereum Sepolia). I have the Alchemy endpoint and my Meta mask PK, both for the Ethereum Sepolia Test Network.
When I type the command: node deploy.js
I am receiving this error code:

I have tried a different account and made sure that there is testnet ETH in the wallet I am using.
Here is my current code snippet, just in case this will help solve the problem:

 const wallet = new ethers.Wallet(process.env.PRIVATE_KEY, provider)

Ok I figured one problem out and it of course lead me to the next one, I guess some function calls are outdated, I fixed the error above by using :

await contract.deploymentTransaction().wait(1)

instead of:

await contract.deployTransaction.wait(1)

for now, I have just commented out the section:

console.log(`Contract Address: ${contract.address}`)

The code will not let me call the address in this way, I have not found an alternative yet.
But the contract gets deployed now :)

You are using ethersV6 instead of contract.address, use contract.target or await contract.getAddress()
like this

console.log(`Contract Address: ${contract.target}`)

or

console.log(`Contract Address: ${await contract.getAddress()}`)
//OR
const contractAddress = await contract.getAddress()
console.log(`Contract Address: ${contractAddress}`)
