Lesson 15 - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to deploy the update-frontend.js. But I'm getting this error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')
Here is the code for that:

As fare as I see, this problem is connected with network.config.chainId.toString() line. Could you please send your hardhat.config.js/ts? Did you specify chainId innetwork settings, could you send the content of network.config?

Okay, what does network.config return?

And I'm not sure why would you need hh node running, you don't have it configured in the hardhat.config.js, and if you run just hh it emulates blockchain by itself, no need to run the node

Hey @zeledorka run yarn hardhat console and in the console type network.config.chainId.toString() and see if it returns a value back to you.
And I hope you are running this on hardhat network not localhost because I don't see any localhost network configuration in your hardhat.config.js file.

hey it is working in the console
but if i am running with yarn hardhat deploy --network hardhat --tags frontend it is showing Error: No Contract deployed with name NftMarketplace
