close #38

  • done: fix issues blocking immediate trading
  • done: replace input ShowProfitInPercent by command, can now be toggled usign script cmd EA.TogglePercent
  • obsolete: remove signal PnL in punits (doesn't block trading)
  • obsolete: remove PnL in punits (doesn't block trading)
  • chart cmds ToggleOpenOrders() and ToggleTradeHistory() can be executed with a loaded EA (VK_LWIN + hotkey)
  • renamed script cmd EA.Start to EA.EntrySignal
  • renamed script cmd EA.Wait to EA.Start
  • updated confirmation dialogs of commands
  • fixed sign of logged slippage
  • a new online instance is now started in status stopped
  • updated instance name to ZZ.<id>
  • updated generated status/logfile names
