Added React version to eslint config file

Description

A minor modification was made to the eslint configuration file to specify the React version. When running eslint, the version was detected and output as missing, so it was added. Additionally, various other formatting changes were automatically fixed by Prettier.

Further remarks: It could be considered if more settings should be added (refer to the documentation for the configuration of eslint-plugin-react). below.
