On Windows, currently the installation of
sqlalchemy-mediaalso installspython-magic.python-magicbrakes the usage ofmagicsince at least in our setupslibmagiccant be found. When uninstallingpython-magic(so onlypython-magic-binis installed)`, everything works as expected.I modified the
setup.pyto only requirepython-magiconlinuxplatforms. This fixes the installation issue on Windows.
