Implement executeCommand for rstudioapi as OpenRPC contract (#256)

* Implement `executeCommand` for rstudioapi as OpenRPC contract

* We can of course do more

* We can use the new `executeCode` for other bits of rstudioapi as well

* Use `ps_show_message()`

* Use braces

* Update crates/ark/src/modules/rstudio/commands.R
