Kaleido not starting

I've encountered the same problem. I'm attaching a zip which contains a .devcontainer, Dockerfile, requirements.txt and kaleido-issue.ipynb which shows the problem.

I've run this within VS Code on macOS 15.6, using Docker 4.43.2 (199162). When the container has started, open workdir/kaleido-issue.ipynb and execute the first cell gives the same error.

So I just want to make sure that you tried running plotly_get_chrome since I didn't see it in the Dockerfile.

Ran it within the container after confirming the error
