Feature Request: Kilo Code VSCode Extension Support

Description

This is a feature request to add support for the Kilo Code VSCode extension to the mcpm tool. This extension provides powerful code analysis, refactoring, and navigation capabilities that would be highly beneficial to have integrated.

Justification

mcpm already has excellent support for similar VSCode extensions, such as cline and roo. Integrating Kilo Code would be a natural and valuable addition to the ecosystem. Given the precedent and existing architecture for these integrations, adding support for Kilo Code should be a relatively straightforward process.

By adding this, users will be able to:

• Leverage Kilo Code's advanced features directly within their mcpm workflows.
• Maintain consistency with how other VSCode extensions are managed.
• Enhance their development productivity by combining the strengths of both tools.
