[Release note] New site dash GA for professional workspaces (#9778)
* Add release notes for new Site Dashboard GA Pantheon has launched a new Site Dashboard experience for Professional Workspaces, featuring a modern design and improved performance while maintaining familiar workflows. * Add image from second branch * Add file extension for new release note entry * Copy edits * Mark as GA release * Convert to alert for added clarity * Delete unused image * Update category * opt out not an option * readability fixes * apply suggested edit --------- Co-authored-by: Rachel <rachel@pantheon.io>
