Vex.Merge does not exist anymore

When I tried to use the package with Vexflow 4.. and tried to insert text, I realized Vex.Merge does not exist anymore. So I get an error.

@panarch, Instead of Vex.Merge, why not just copy the object (this.attributes)? like this
const attributes = {...this.attributes};
