Show Boat troops as "attacking troops" #2393

Players report feeling frustrated for not knowing how many troops a player has when they are in a transport ship (boat)
Describe the solution you'd like
Add troops in transport ships to the "attacking troops" the same way troops are shown in ground attacks. Aditionally, this information could be shown in the message "Player X is sending a naval invasion with X troops"
Describe alternatives you've considered
Can't really think of any apart from just not doing this and dealing with the players having to manually look at troops counts in transport ships.
