adding autopilot support

Description

Changes the selector to match what GKE Autopilot enforces when the user set's the provider config to GKE_AUTOPILOT.
Also gives the user the ability to set resource constraints on the jobs that are created with this repo.
When set GKE Autopilot will not warn the customer about them not being set.
