Some changes in where incrementMeta is called in HttpOGMTranslator

Fixes the following queries:

RETURN "foo" AS somethingThatIsNowHandledCorrectly, point({x:5,y:5}) AS somethingThatIsNowFormattedCorrectly;
RETURN [5] AS somethingThatIsNowHandledCorrectly, point({x:5,y:5}) AS somethingThatIsNowFormattedCorrectly;
