New release

I see `map_v3(bool)` was added in 2023 but when I added the dep the example wouldn't compile.  It looks like no releases have been done since.

Is the reason this hasn't been released since #2? IIUC the new feature is opt-in, and given that it doesn't look like more work will be done in the short feature would it be reasonable to release in the current state?
