Remove mongoose.{c,h} from the mongoose-os repo

mongoose lib is added as a dependency to the root manifest but in the mean time it is explicitly added to all the "root" libs (the ones that did not have any dependencies).

CL: Remove mongoose.{c,h} from the mongoose-os repo; mongoose library should be used instead.
