Rollup merge of rust-lang#136160 - ShE3py:should-panic-backticks, r=thomcc

Remove backticks from `ShouldPanic::YesWithMessage`'s `TrFailedMsg`

More legible imo

Also removed the comma as `assert_eq!` / `assert_ne!` don't use one.
