Brief description of your issue

The installation of IrfanSkiljan.IrfanView fails due to an installer hash mismatch. This error occurs while running the installation via WinGet.

Important

It seems now they change to another download server domain dappcdn.com. This site also contains expiretime= section to prevent unauthorized automated download.

We might need to entirely drop this package from the repository ...
