Stuck in "delegating to coding agent"

1. git clone https://github.com/isidorn/sticky-sprint.git
2. Local agent, plan mode "The rendering is broken. The done progress circle is rendered at top. It should be at bottom so it does not overlapp with the sticky notes. Think hard and create a plan how to fix this"
3. It comes up with a plan in chat. "Now implement that plan" -> delegate to remote agent
4. it is stuck in "Delegating to coding agent" 🐛

I'm able to repro this as well, in a separate repo with a separate prompt.

Even though chat is stuck, I do get a PR created if I visit my repo. It takes a few minutes for the session to appear in the Chat Sessions view (even if I explicitly click to refresh), but if I then open a chat editor based on this session, I do get content streamed back:

This spinner will stay until the POST to the server returns. I have also noticed it taking significantly longer than it used to
