Can I translate terminal to new language (Ukrainian)?

I want to make translation. Is it allowed and can be merged into repo?

You're welcome to give it a shot. We'd probably want to validate early on what happens if a string resource gets added to the automatically generated languages, but not the Ukrainian translation. Does it fall back to en-US? Something else? So long as it uses something (and doesn't crash), then I'd be more than happy to accept the help!
