[Question]: logs are not streaming to pipeline log view, requires page refresh to see latest output #5326

Describe your question
When running pipeline jobs, a while back our logs were streaming to the log output area in the task view.
now it seems to see the latest logs, it requires a page refresh.
is there a way to ensure the logs always stream to azure devops?
