Hi amplifier team, thank you for the good work. I am currently developing a project as a git sub-module as suggested by README, and from time to time, I'll receive this error

I noticed that amplifier/my_project/.claude does have a tools dir, but amplifier/.claude/tools/ does exist. I wonder whether it's because claude has lost the context that we are working on @project/ with Amplifier, which caused it to trying to look for the tools folder in the wrong directory
