[Run] Make exception text selectable in crash report #43370

Description of the new feature / enhancement
As per #43326, the existing unhandled exception report includes the full text and stack trace, but the user cannot select the text.
Allowing for text selection would make searching for existing issues far easier, and reduce the number of duplicate reports we receive and the overall triage load.
Scenario when this would be used?
When Run encounters an unhandled exception and the user wants to check here for a duplicate before submitting a new bug report.

There are several high-volume Run issues including #31226 which we repeatedly see in Issues.
