Screen ruler wrong calculation of centimeters

Steps to reproduce

My screen width is 1920px, the actual screen width if measured with a physical ruler is 50.8 centimeters. Zoom level is 100%. Screen ruler measures the pixels correctly (shows 1920px) but the centimeters it shows as an alternate measurement 44.3cm.
Also measuring heights has the same deviation: correct pixels, wrong centimeters.
What could cause this?

✔️ Expected Behavior

Screen ruler should 1920 pixels recalculate to 50.8 centimeters on a 96 DPI screen.,

❌ Actual Behavior

Screen ruler recalculates 1920 pixels to 44.3 centimeter on a 96 DPI screen.

Suggestion: add a possibility in Screen Ruler to choose between DPI's for a correct calculation of centimeters etc.

In my case Screen Ruler uses 110 DPI for the recalculation instead of the 96 DPI that my actual screen is.
