Update to use commander module
initial commit, would like to refactor it a bit as it looks a bit messy
- fixed typo - fixed reference to unavailable function - fixed incorrect reference to categories
not sure the purpose of test.js but just fixed it to make sure it still return a list of emoji without categories

I have been using the following code locally not sure whether this is going to be useful for other people or not but thought I will share it.
I didnt end up categorizing everything tho.
