Description
Describe the bug
The two left-most bars (ie higher frequency bars) tend to display max volume, or near, on Rainmeter launch.
It's occasional, and when present it only happens with certain bar counts (seemingly multiples of 2 or 10; ie 2, 8, 10, 16, 30, 50, 70), persisting through bar count changes.
To Reproduce
Launch Rainmeter with the skin enabled using a bar count of 30 (most numbers like specified above work). Most successful if Rainmeter launches automatically at system startup.

System information
- Rainmeter Version: 4.5.23.3836 64-bit (happened with earlier 4.5 revisions aswell)
- OS Version: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5737 64-bit
- Skin Version: 2.1.0
- Spotify Version: 1.3.0.0
Additional context / media
The issue generally presents itself when launching Rainmeter for the first time, in my case it's on system boot. If I close Rainmeter, wait 30 seconds tops and relaunch it, the issue is gone. When present, the bar graph still works in its entirety but the two high frequency bars don't go back to the "0 volume" state.
