Translation update (zh)

This pull request contains some translation updates.

At fact , someone made a mistake and filled the Simplified Chinese tables with Traditional Chinese.
I think , the old one should be kept by rename the folder from zh to zh-tw, and add the my new one.
But, seems https://translate.dokuwiki.org could not do this.

So, hope someone could do it from background.
