Internal links are missing on book export

Internal links are missing after ODT export if exported via the bookcreator plugin:
Example:

Test link: [[testpage_typography|Typhography-Plugin]]

If the page is exported via normal single page ODT export then the link is successfully exported as an external link. If the page is exported via bookcreator and the destination page of the link is also exported then the link is successfully exported as an local link (a link inside the ODT document).

That means only internal links which need to be converted to an external link are missing, but only if exported via the bookcreator plugin.
