fix #709 : updated getting started following feedback from users and repaired readthedocs

* moved getting started to be a section of the tutorial so that people do not miss it anymore
* moved Pandas compat to the end of the tutorial
* rewritten getting started
* updated the Inspecting LArray objects section of the tutorial_presenting_larray_objects notebook
