HMR for custom tools, fields, cards

Greetings nova developers

I am impressed with the features that Nova provides. However, I am also surprised by the absence of Hot Module Replacement (HMR), a crucial technology for development. Any medium-sized project, which typically involves using custom fields, cards, and tools, would benefit greatly from HMR. Currently, having to refresh the page each time a code change is made is not convenient and hampers the development workflow.

I have looked over every GitHub discussion and article on the internet, but no one has been able to guide us through a convenient way to enable HMR.
