Adding custom action to the "Cancel/Save" toolbar

Hey there,

Is it possible to add custom buttons here?

The idea is to add a new one with a label "Save as Draft", so that content makers have all the controls on the same line.
In the future, probably, I'll need custom controls for UGC with two buttons "approve/reject".
