<loading-button> doesn't exists in vendor/laravel/nova/resources/js/components/Button

While usin laravel nova builtin components located at vendor/laravel/nova/resources/js/components
The component sometimes exists and other time doesn't

and i'm using these components for building my resource-tools

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue on a fresh Nova installation:

Sadly, this also broke the nova-medialibrary-field package
