Datetime filter not being able to filter by time

• Laravel Version: 9.29
• Nova Version: 4.27
• PHP Version: 8.1.12

Does the build-in filter by Datetime only filters by date or there is a ability to filter by time as well? Nothing is described in the documentation here. I would assume it can filter by time as well if its a Datetime filter.
