Unable to check license behind a proxy

Hey, since I have updated my project to Nova 4, I encounter an error :

The system is behind a transparent proxy and obviously the part of the code that check the license is not using it.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue on a fresh Nova installation:

1. Clone your project on a host that is using a proxy to reach the internet.
2. Contemplate the UNREGISTERED mention on the header and check the logs that are spamming.
