Ability to disable a toolbar button in the Markdown field editor.

Forgive me if this is already planned or in the works. It would be great to be able to toggle visibility of the toolbar buttons in the Markdown field.

Looking at the component, these are already created programmatically from a "tools" array. I imagine this could be implemented by exposing the tools prop using ->withMeta().
