Upload field to upload in chunk

Hey
For all the website runing behind Cloudfare the upload limit is set to 100/200/500mb depending on your Pro/Busines/Entreprise plan (the 500mb limit is for Entreprise plan starting at 3k/month..).
To go around that limit you have to do chunk upload file. All the major Storage provider support it (S3,GCP etc).
Nowadays, upload a 200mb file is very usual in every Business type and i think it could benefit a lot of users.
Some Nova packages exists but not for fields and well integrated for nova resources. Also they lack of support/update for nova 4.

What do you guys think about that feature? Have you encountered the same issue? If yes how did you solved it?
