SearchInput component - requesting advice

Could I get some help with trying to get this SearchInput to work? its much more different than the regular Select and Im really confused

    data(){
        return{
            option: 3,
            currentField: {
                options: [
                  { value: '1', label: 'aa' },

                ],
            },
        }
    },

Its showing some results but the label is not working and im not sure how to activate the searching part either
