Include a way to set the 'title'-html attribute

I'd like to include a low entry tooltip / hover-text / title attribute for my details / index-views on resource values. (i.e. explaining the boolean, or date or whatever)

This is related to the helptext on a form but not necessarily the same. (A helptext during the actual form entry could be a lot longer and might even contain HTML where the 'hover' / title-attribute is just a plain text. This might also allow us to truncate and use the title for a full version of the variable. ( "lore..." and on hover "lorem ipsum was here" and thus keeping the actual overview / index clean and concise)
