Can't install nova on Heroku (working fine locally) / Issue with "phpseclib/bcmath_compat 1.0.5"

I've just setup nova 3.14 on my app. All works fine in local. When I deploy to Heroku I get this:

Tried various things but I really don't know what to do.

• Did you run composer install or composer update?
• What's the targeted PHP runtime running on Heroku?
• What's your local PHP setup used for composer update?

Seems like phpseclib/bcmath_compat#1 (comment) is the only working solution right now.
