libbtrfsutil: python: also add version.py to the packaged files

Commit 83bd999 ("libbtrfsutil: python: use version from primary VERSION file") still does not fix all packaging problems. The release build does not see the file. Signed-off-by: David Sterba <dsterba@suse.com>
