Ability to turn on Zen mode by default

Problem

I really liked the Zen mode which removes all the clutter and just focus on the notebook interface. It would be good to be able to configure this mode using configuration json files.

Proposed Solution

Was wondering if overrides.json can be used for this?

For reference here is where the zen mode plugin is defined:

It probably means updating it so read some value from the settings, and automatically activate it if enabled. Since this plugin is specific to retrolab, we might also need to fix jupyterlab/retrolab#4.
